I ordered flowers for a dear family member who learned she has stage 4 cancer. The order got mixed up and the wrong bouquet was sent to her. Upon contacting the company, they immediately responded with sincere apologies and quickly delivered the selected bouquet the same day. Their customer service is outstanding, the flowers are beautiful and I highly recommend them.
