Our artists hand-design each arrangement, so Flowers & Containers colors and style may vary due to local availability therefore we are unable to fulfill any requests for specific florals, colors, or containers/vessels.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

My friend loved the flower arrangement (Love and Kisses) that she received on her birthday! It looked exactly like the photos on the website and it was delivered to the correct address without any problems. Very happy to be able to support this women-owned business!

The arrangement was delivered as scheduled and was beautiful! Recipient was very pleased. The container was different than pictured and not as much to my liking, but I know every detail can’t be guaranteed.
