Every time when I am looking for a product, or for a store or a professional, I go online and visit their website; I look for their yelp page listing, for their google page
and facebook listing
That is all! I do my homework. I want to make sure the experience I am about to have is the same as the other customers have taking the time to write and to publicly publish their reviews.
So, back to the topic: how important are reviews for you?
I know I know sometimes you don't have the time to write one, but just think about how many people are you helping to decide for the same business as yours? And how many other happy customers this small business will reach?
Today is small business Saturday and even not having the retail shop open ( we have decided to close to studio on Saturdays, so we can dedicate our time 100% to our couples getting married, we still supportive of shopping small.
We are a Seminole County Chamber of Commerce member, and proudly support their members as well.
